Our Story
How It All Started
2016 — Andy Remus buys a 2016 GMC Sierra Duramax
The Problem — Bed cover installed. Camping trips begin. Space runs out fast.
The Idea — “What if we just… raised the bed?”
The Solution — Andy, with his engineering background, draws up the first product, Maxify Truck Bed Raiser, and builds a prototype with a local machine shop. It works. Really well.
But... Wisconsin winters aren’t kind. Salt eats away at steel.
So Andy goes back to the drawing board and rebuilds it using aluminum. No rust. Still tough. Still working.
Father & Son Built
In 2024, Andy’s son, Cameron Remus, took the idea and ran with it—launching Truckify as a full-fledged business. Together, they refined the product, expanded the line, and created a brand rooted in family, faith, and function.
What started in a garage turned into a movement: helping everyday truck owners get the most out of their rigs without compromise.
